Is anyone home?????????????????????I e-mailed no reply no phone number works talked to company I bought item through. They said they were unaware of this issue but I see there are countless others having the same feeling. I e-mailed you on 1-8-19. This was a Christmas gift and I hoped the accessories would follow smoothly. Can your company get a customer service contact number in this country.

I bought a fire 10 from QVC and had a voucher, you charged me $39.95, without my permission. I had sent five emails and no response and no cover. I gave my voucher number but you still charged me. I want my money back. I will turn you in to the BBC and also contact QVC about your shitty customer service and not sending out your product. Also they will be made aware of the charges you placed on my credit card!

I have not received my case get either for kindle nd 10 I bought from and . It was ordered on the 12th . I wrong to your customer service but didn’t rd reply. I ordered a case on 12-5-19, but have yet to receive it. Your shipping tracker shows that it was sent to the Delaware, Ohio Post Office on 12-13-19, but they said that (according to your Post Office Trackling number), that Caseable printed the address labels, but have not yet sent them the package. Where is my package?
