    Booked a flight on 13 August 2019 from Bourgas to Newcastle on 8 September and the confirmation email with the 10 digit number has not been received. The money has been taken from my bank. 209.58 UK pounds. The reference was cencored. Could you please send confirmation of my booking so I can check status and check in.       I booked a flight through EDreams for 29 April of this year but the airlines cancelled the flight, apparently for maintenance reasons. I’ve called EDreams repeatedly for my $641.14 refund status but I’m told they cannot contact the airline and won’t refund my money until they do. They told me to wait their standard 90 day period for my refund; I waited more than 100 days. Then they told me to wait another 48 hours. I waited longer than that. Now they’re telling me to wait another 72 hours. Its now been 4 months since my flight was cancelled and no one from EDreams has called me once. This is now verging on fraud.
