hey this is 2 weeks in a row you guys screwed me on a tee time. cant believe 2 weeks in a row> thank you Golfnow for screwing up our weekend> I have been a Member for to long to be treated like this.
And i think 3 hours is a long time to rectify this problem. P.S. guy today said he could book us at a later time for their rack rate…. Very Bush League…

I ordered a gift card for my son on FEBRUARY 28th. The email was supposed to be in his inbox on March 3rd. (his birthday). NOTHING YET!!!! Where is it? When I call the customer service line I get a message there is a TWO HOUR wait to speak with someone. ANNOYED!!!! YUP.

My son, Thomas Colgan and I, Raymond Colgan alternate in making and paying the reservation when we play. Last week our 3/3/20 reservation displayed that option but this new reservation for 3/10/20 confirmation # 331censored did not offer this option so Thomas was not able to meet our agreement to
pay the 3/10/20 reservation . Why the change?

I received a $20 credit which was sent via email but I inadvertantely deleted the email which contained my information for the credit. I’ve tried unsucessfully to speak with customer service. The information that the recording gave me said make the reservatin and the credit would automatically be applied. This is not the case. Could you please resend the credit so I will be able to use it.
