    Dear JC Penney ,I order on line jacket ,you e mail me that its coming on feb 11th now you say its coming on 23 rd o February if not come this week ,I will console this order ,no need jacket in march need noe its 2weeks to waiting. never by again. maria M.

    I have not been able to link my account with the rewards program for quite awhile. Each time they say they are sending me an e-mail and then it always says it is pending. Please link my account together as I never know when I am eligible to a reward!! Kathleen Ruffi E_Mail

    Your customer service for shipping furniture STINKS! I was on the phone for 30 minutes; all the while already aggravated and the rep continued to interrupt me & talk over me. The worst shipping nightmare & I’ve dealt with truck lines for 25 years. I will never buy household furniture from jcp. The only reason I did to begin with is, to help out my daughter.

    I would like to compliment Ms. Brenda who worked in the Bra Dept. store location: 7939 Hwy N, Dardenne Prairie, MO 63368. She was very helpful, patient and very knowledgeable of the product.
