    Dear JC Penney ,I order on line jacket ,you e mail me that its coming on feb 11th now you say its coming on 23 rd o February if not come this week ,I will console this order ,no need jacket in march need noe its 2weeks to waiting. never by again. maria M.

    Your customer service for shipping furniture STINKS! I was on the phone for 30 minutes; all the while already aggravated and the rep continued to interrupt me & talk over me. The worst shipping nightmare & I’ve dealt with truck lines for 25 years. I will never buy household furniture from jcp. The only reason I did to begin with is, to help out my daughter.

    I would like to compliment Ms. Brenda who worked in the Bra Dept. store location: 7939 Hwy N, Dardenne Prairie, MO 63368. She was very helpful, patient and very knowledgeable of the product.

    I would like to thank you for hiring Susan, in the intimate department at the JC Penny 639 Stillwater Ave in Bangor, ME 04401. She was working on Sunday afternoon, August 11th, She is by far the most knowledgeable, nonjudgmental, sensitive, and caring saleswoman I have had in any department store.
    Please let her know she is doing a great job and that her customers are very happy with her service, attitude, and knowledge.

    Bought a watch and a care plan from jcpennys store in Dothan,al.
    In Mar of this year. Watch failed and was not repairable as of June 27. As of today, aug 27, problem has not be taken care of.
    Jcpennys has my watch and my money for care plan. Don’t buy jewelry from jcpennys in Dothan ,if you do,don’t purchase care plan. They pass the problem to some else. No one calls you back.

    On Saturday, 9/07/19, I drove 64 miles to nearest J C Penny in Dover, Delaware from Mardela Springs, MD ( 12 miles west of Salisbury, MD) to purchase drapes. Found what I liked , and signage said Sale $23.99 a panel, I needed 6 but shelf only had 4. Saleslady ” Marie” checked in back for 2 more, which she found. when wrong up drapes charged original price , when she called the mgr to over ride. mgr said they not on sale.
    Now….. the price of sale CLEARLY said SALE $23.99.It is not my fault, the customer who put the wrong price tag up. I tried to purchase because I liked what I saw at the price I saw. I am very upset at JCPenny. I loved the “Supreme Line ” of drapes. This “Malone line” is a subline of the supreme . I left the store highly upset, Whatever happened to making a satisfied customer???? As well as told my Daughter “put them doggone shoes back!!!!
