It has changed name since then from Malaysia Airline System (MAS) to official name of Malaysia Airlines Berhad (MAB) now. it is operated both on domestic and international flight service. This airline is wholly owned by Malaysian Government with financial support frm Khazanah Nasional. It owns several subsidiaries under including MASwings, Firefly, and the newest holding company addition Malaysia Aviation Group.
