Newark Airport, also known as EWR, is located about 15 miles southwest from Manhattan, NYC. It is placed at the border between Newark and New Jersey. Similar to nearby airports such as John F. Kennedy and LaGuardia, it is operated by Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and owned by Newark City.
