    I ordered a dress on July 11th for an event on Wednesday 21st August. It is now Tuesday 20th August, and the dress still hasn’t arrived. I have contacted Newchic twice via live chat, and both times have received apologies, and reassurances that my item was on its way and would arrive within 7-15 business days, excluding weekends. Yesterday I explained that I needed the dress for tomorrow, and was told not to worry, it would arrive well before the latest projected delivery date. I suspect that the responses I received on both occasions whilst communicating with ‘Sophia’ were from a selection of readily available comments, because of the way they were formatted, and I don’t feel that I got anywhere with my attempts to get real answers. I do have limited tracking information – mainly that they received my order on July 11th, and it took them over a full month to process it. It has not now been ‘picked’ and is awaiting collection. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. I have contacted PayPal to open a case with them. Suffice to say that I will not be purchasing from Newchic again, nor will I be recommending it to others.
