hi there, we had a camera in our checked in luggage and on arrival in Frankfurt (transit in Singapore) the camera was not in our checked in bag. We are sure it was in our suitcase as we removed the batteries at the check in counter after discussing with the check in personel, and placing the camera back in the checked in suitcase. It is concerning as somewhere between Sydney, Singapore and Frankfurt someone has removed our Camera from the checked in suitcase.
Of cause we have insurance but do things go missing from checked in suitcases often?
Who should we contact to discuss?
